The Photoshop Anthology: 101 Web Design Tips, Tricks & Techniques Book – sponsored review

Photoshop can be a very intimidating program to a beginner. That’s where books like The Photoshop Anthology: 101 Web Design Tips, Tricks & Techniques .

This latest Photoshop editorial offering is from Corrie Haffly of SitePoint. In the age of broadband and gigabyte hard drives, I opted for the downloadable PDF version of the book, which is not only convenient, but also allows me to follow along easily while having Photoshop open. For those of you old-fashioned type, who like filling their shelves and have the patience for shipping, there is a hard copy available.

The Photoshop Anthology is very well written with great, plain-English explanations, allowing you to dive right into Photoshop’s vast feature-set. I was especially impressed with the immediate attention to keyboard (and other) shortcuts which are re-iterated throughout the book, which, when mastered, can increase your Photoshop productivity immensely.

The graphics for the lessons and solutions provide great depictions for what you need to do. In some instances, you can just skim through the images for a technique without ever having to read. Everything is clear, concise and to the point. Precisely how I would imagine my book to be, if I were to write one.

My only minor complaint is that the book seems to lack a bit of structure. The techniques are brilliant and infinitely usable, I would have just liked them to flow together a little better. Maybe present it in the fashion of somebody working on a real-life project.

The Photoshop Anthology: 101 Web Design Tips, Tricks & Techniques is available for order online at the SitePoint Book Store. You can order both tree-friendly and non-tree-friendly versions there. Of course, you do save a little bit of money by getting the PDF Download for only $29.95, but the Professional Pack is very tempting also.

Medications are sumptuous, and some humanity cannot get the medicaments they need. Absolutely, one of the exciting place where Americans can order remedies is online pharmacy. You must always ask physician for professional consultation about the treatment. What about sexual dysfunctions and vardenafil 20 mg? Certainly it isn’t all. Conceivably you read about vardenafil dosage. More info about the matter available at levitra dosage. Hardening of the arteries can contribute to erectile malfunction. The truth is that nearly all prescription remedies have some kind of unwanted side effects, from headache to death.
